Continuing on our earlier announcement, Google and Red Hat are happy to share a sneak preview of OpenShift Dedicated and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) working together. We are showcasing Google BigQuery working with an application running on OpenShift.

But, you don’t have to wait for OpenShift Dedicated to realize the value of these services now -- check out the “how-to” blog on getting BigQuery working with your own OpenShift deployment on GCP. Whether it’s OpenShift Enterprise running in your own datacenter (or in the cloud via Red Hat Cloud Access) or if you’re a developer working upstream with OpenShift Origin, this blog will show you how to gain immediate value from the Google and Red Hat collaboration.

This demo is also available at the floor of the GCP NEXT conference in San Francisco on March 22nd and 23rd.

Also, Google and Red Hat are furthering the collaboration with joint OpenShift/GCP workshops in 10 cities starting May 30th. The workshop will provide a hands-on experience of OpenShift along with access to Google Cloud Platform services.

If you want to hear more about the roadshow, sign up at and we will notify you once the roadshow venue and dates are available.
