Over two years ago, the OpenShift team made a critical decision to support both Docker containers and the emerging Kubernetes project. At the time, that decision was a classic innovator’s dilemma. Their challenge at the time was not unlike the conversations that we have with customers on a daily basis. How can their company make a transition towards becoming a more digital-native company?
